This style of apartment is laid out over one level. The 3 en-suite (with private bathrooms) bedrooms open up onto an air conditioned common area which includes the lounge dinging area, kitchen and laundry. The unit is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully kitted with a cook top and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher as well as all utensils needed to prepare and serve a meal. This apartment features a balcony at the front of the unit which has outdoor furniture. The ground floor units have balconies off the bedrooms at the back of the units too.
