Gembrook is the apartment you upgrade to. There are only ten in the complex, each laid out over two levels with the living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs — the same quiet separation as Emery, with noticeably more space.
This superior style features larger-than-average rooms with private bathrooms, built-in robes in the upstairs bedrooms, and a walk-in robe in the double room downstairs. If you're staying more than a semester, the extra storage makes a real difference.
Like every Genesis 1 apartment, Gembrook is fully furnished with an air-conditioned common area, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, and a free washing machine and dryer in the unit.
